Product Availability and Out Of Stock Scenario After Having Placed Order
www.BestBranding.co.za is an online shop and we do not physically hold stock of all the products listed on our website. We can't guarantee that the product you order will be in stock at the T www.BestBranding.co.za or with our suppliers at time of order. Please feel free to contact us to enquire on stock availability prior to placing your order.
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should stock be available at www.BestBranding.co.za, www.BestBranding.co.za will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day before 11h00, provided payment reflects in the www.BestBranding.co.za bank account as specified on the order confirmation. Should the product not be in stock at www.BestBranding.co.za but in stock with our suppliers, please allow at least 5 working days plus freight transit time. For Branded goods, allow 14 working days. This is subject to change, depending on availability, quantity required and type of branding required.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence The Discount Network will endeavour to contact you and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Should www.BestBranding.co.za cancel your order we will offer you a choice of either placing the product(s) on back order (price is subject to change and exchange rate fluctuations), a credit on your account or an immediate refund in full. In the case of an immediate refund on an EFT payment, funds may only reflect in your account a day or two following the actual refund - this is beyond our control. In the case of an immediate refund on a credit card purchase, funds may take up to 10 days to reflect back in your account following the actual refund - this is beyond our control.
Where you agree to have your products placed on back order you are hereby informed that the date the goods are expected to arrive are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control as well as the price being subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control and subject to exchange rate fluctuations which are beyond our control. Should the price change, www.BestBranding.co.za will inform you and you will have the choice to either pay in the difference or elect a credit on your account or an immediate refund in full.
The price of products advertised on The www.BestBranding.co.za website exclude delivery charges which are additional unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process. These delivery charges as calculated by www.BestBranding.co.za online shopping system during checkout are only applicable to major centres and do not sufficiently cover the cost of deliveries to outlying areas, plots, hospitals, universities, shopping centres and other non residential type properties. Delivery charges as calculated by the www.BestBranding.co.za online shopping system are therefore subject to change and we reserve the right to re quote you on delivery should the actual cost of delivery exceed the www.BestBranding.co.za online shopping system generated quote. Should the delivery costs change, The Discount Network will inform you and you will have the choice to either pay in the difference or cancel your order which if paid for already will entitle you to elect a credit on your account or an immediate refund in full. In the case of an immediate refund on an EFT payment, funds may only reflect in your account a day or two following the actual refund - this is beyond our control. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflects in our bank account.
Warranty, Returns and Refunds Policy
www.BestBranding.co.za warrants all products to be free of defects at time of shipping. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties.
Prior to returning faulty products you agree to contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary details to effect the return.
In the unlikely event that a product should become faulty during the warranty period, the product may be returned in order to effect repair or replacement.
The manufacturer or its official distributing agent will at their sole discretion determine if the repair or replacement can be honoured under the terms of the warranty. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Should a product be found to be faulty within 7 days from having received your order, The Discount Network will cover the costs for both the collection and return of the product. This is subject to the manufacturer or its official distributing agent determining that the fault can be remedied and honoured under the terms of the warranty, if not then the costs for the collection and return of the product will be for your account.
Should the product be found to be faulty or become faulty after 7 days from having received your order and where the product still falls within the warranty period, the cost of returning the faulty product will be for your account and www.BestBranding.co.za will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item back to you. This is subject to the manufacturer or its official distributing agent determining that the fault can be remedied and honoured under the terms of the warranty, if not then the costs for the return of the product will be for your account.
What if I want to return an item?
If you would like to return an item, send us an email stating the reason for the return. Return address details are found below. Given the nature of some the products sold on this website all returns MUST BE unused and unopened (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
1. The goods must be unused
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you receive your order.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, regrettably we reserve the right to return the goods without notice (and with re-shipping costs being the responsibility of the buyer). Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
A full refund will be made within 30 days from the cancellation of the order, provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition (excluding postage & packaging). Refunds are made via bank transfer to the customer’s designated South African bank account - or for store credit where applicable.
Notice is given that free offers and our P&P (postage and packaging) costs will be accounted for if returned goods take the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.
All Packages returned to us unclaimed via our courier or delivery service will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery page.
Please use a courier, as www.BestBranding.co.za cannot be held accountable for returned items not received back. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are the responsibility and expense of the customer.
Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip. Return via courier (to-door, no post office returns will be collected/permitted). Delivery fees will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods will be for your account.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to www.BestBranding.co.za within 3 days of the delivery date.

PayFast is a payments processing service for South Africans and South African websites. We enable easy, secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers.
We allow sellers to accept payments from buyers in a variety of ways. We process credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Instant EFT (bank transfers to any of SA's four biggest banks that get instantly verified) and Ukash.
How does it work ?
With PayFast, buyers can make secure and instant online payments to sellers for goods and services. Buyers don't pay anything to use PayFast and sellers are charged a small percentage of each successful transaction. The payments are kept in the seller's PayFast account. When the seller requests a Payout, the money is transferred to their bank account. You can accept payments through PayFast if you're an individual, a registered business or a charity.
PayFast is committed to keeping you and your information secure. We have a multitude of checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.
• We use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest, level of encryption currently available.
• 3D Secure is in place for all credit card transactions over R1000.
• All sensitive info is encrypted within our own database.
• We run penetration testing on our system on a weekly basis to look for vulnerabilities. We are only required to do it once every three months, but we run it every week.
• Our entire site, blog and help site are served off secure servers, making it harder to perpetrate phishing attacks.
• We also have an excellent monitoring system that does, among other things: GEO IP tracking, velocity testing, BIN/IIN validation and checks against online databases.
• 3D Secure
• 3D Secure is an extra layer of security in using your credit card for online transactions. For online transactions over R1000 you'll be asked to enter your 3D Secure password (different from the PIN), which is called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode by the respective credit card companies.
• You have to register for 3D Secure with your card issuing bank, and can be set up either as a password of your choice or a one-time-password that will be sent to you by email/SMS. By using the services and/or products of www.BestBranding.co.za you agree to the terms of service as set out below.
All quotations given are estimates only and may be subject to change upon viewing customer’s final artwork and specifications. Quotations will be confirmed with the customer before we proceed with any order. All quotes are E&OE and in the unlikely event where to www.BestBranding.co.za has made a error on the quotation with regards to any pricing or specification to www.BestBranding.co.za reserves the right to cancel the order and fully refund the customer any deposits made.
The product or service delivered shall be according to the specifications as detailed on our price lists, quotations and/or invoices. If a client has specific requirements these should be clearly mentioned and confirmed by us as we shall only be responsible to produce products and services as described and specified in these document.
Turnaround times as published on this website is estimates only and exact delivery times must be confirmed on order as turnaround time on orders may change somewhat due to a variety of factors including but not limited to special paper orders, special finishing requirements, size of order etc.
Whilst all effort is made to keep colours as accurate as possible - there are various factors that may cause slight variations in colour of up to 10% and therefore 100% colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
It shall be the responsibility of the client to check the parcel received from the couriers as to whether or not it has been manhandled at all. All goods and packaging is sent by us in good order and if any parcel is received that is damaged it shall be the clients responsibility to make a clear note of such on the waybill before signing that he/she has received it in good order and immediately thereafter inform www.BestBranding.co.za thereof.
All couriers used to www.BestBranding.co.za have a track record for reliability in keeping with the terms of their delivery service. However in isolated cases unforeseen circumstances such as vehicles that are hijacked or aeroplanes that could not take off due to weather conditions are all factors completely out of our control and we cannot take responsibility for the late delivery of such orders.
All orders placed, invoiced and where such have been paid for partially or fully by the customer shall be considered fixed orders and shall not be refunded under any circumstances. The customer may cancel certain items and use such credit for any other product and/or services.
Where the customer may have a any grievances with regards to any of the products and/or services rendered such grievances should be communicated to www.BestBranding.co.za in writing. If such grievance -whether this be print or design quality, delayed deliveries or any related matter be found reasonable, to www.BestBranding.co.za shall take any necessary actions to rectify such problems, but this shall not constitute grounds for cancellation of orders or refunds under any circumstances.
Where any graphic design services are done for the customer - all proofs are sent via email or dropbox or similar electronic service. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that he/she has verified all details (i.e. names, telephone numbers etc) to be correct as we do not take responsibility for any spelling mistakes and/or omissions after the customer has approved the design. Our printers generally reproduce colours on screen quite accurately but no colours can be guaranteed to be 100% accurate to how it displays on screen. Physical printed proofs can be sent to the customer at additional charges. Where a Pantone colour is given by the customer we can more closely ensure the final colour to be as close as possible to the Pantone colour supplied. Litho printing of one and two colour may be pantone, however full colour process is done in CMYK.
All artwork or Logo Designs shall cover traditional 2D graphical design only and does not cover 3D, Animation or Cartooning. Full ownership of the finalised artwork or logo concept shall be transferred to the customer providing any outstanding amounts due by the customer are settled. Where a customer requires a logo to be copyrighted this process and all costs involved shall be the responsibility of the customer. All design work that were done during the course of a logo design packages which were not selected for the final logo shall remain the property of to www.BestBranding.co.za and the customer shall only be allowed to use the finalised logo. Logo packages not finalised after 6 months shall be considered finalised and no further design work shall be done after this without being charged for extra.
The terms and conditions as set out herein is subject to change and by no means all inclusive -any issue not particularly dealt with herein shall be dealt on a case by case basis -and unless written promises or guarantees have been made to the contrary, management shall make decisions on such issues at own discretion.
